Track 2:
The People Manager + Org Leader Toolkit
Develop your people manager and organizational leader skills by adding the right tools to your senior leadership toolkit. During these five 90-minute workshops, you’ll learn the skills needed to run effective teams [think: strategies for how teams work better together] and drive your team to impact [think: what the team works on].
Who is Track 2 for? We have primarily designed Track 2 for any people or project manager working at Makeway [Charitable Society Projects + Foundation Staff]. If you have staff reporting to you, if you oversea a team or if you run a project and manage different internal or external stakeholders - this track is designed for you.
But what if you aren’t a people manager…yet…and you know you want to be?! Then you should definitely attend! These skills are perfect professional development opportunities to help you gain the tools you’ll need to be successful in people management and organizational development work.
