Jenn Jeffers (she/her) is a leadership consultant, facilitator, and strategic advisor who supports organizations in aligning their values, people, and priorities. Drawing on her experience as an educator, organizational leader, and cultural organizer, she brings a relational, systems-minded approach to her work. Jenn believes that clarity around vision, strategy, and how work gets done is essential to building equitable and sustainable organizations.
Jenn has over a decade of experience partnering with nonprofits, school districts, foundations, and higher education institutions on leadership development, organizational capacity building, and strategic planning. She works closely with leaders and teams during moments of growth and transition, helping them clarify direction, set meaningful priorities, and strengthen the systems that support their work.
Her work includes designing and facilitating planning processes, leadership retreats, and multi-session engagements that center stakeholder voice and translate big-picture vision into practical next steps. Jenn has also supported organizations in developing competency frameworks, equitable hiring practices, and performance management systems that align people operations with long-term strategy.
Jenn holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Columbia University. Earlier in her career, she served as a classroom teacher and instructional leader in New Orleans, where she contributed to school-wide initiatives focused on equity, instructional improvement, and staff retention. This foundation in education, combined with her work with adult learners, shapes her ability to balance reflection with execution and strategy with care.
In addition to her consulting work, Jenn is the founder and executive director of BlackAmericana Fest, a cultural initiative and nonprofit that celebrates the legacy and living contributions of Black artists in Americana and roots music. These passion projects sit at the intersection of culture, learning, and transformation, and deeply inform Jenn’s approach to leadership, facilitation, and strategic planning.
Guided by her core values of integrity, creativity, justice, and joy, Jenn approaches her work with a deep commitment to helping organizations build clarity, trust, and shared ownership in pursuit of their mission.
