Injy Sullivan is a facilitator, coach, and consultant who helps leaders and teams get clear, get aligned, and get things done. Her approach balances structure and humanity, ensuring teams not only know what to do, but how to work together effectively.

In her current work, Injy supports leaders across a range of industries including K-12 education, healthcare, higher education, community justice non-profits and the philanthropy sector.  No matter the context, Injy’s expertise in strengthening team management empowers leaders to build aligned, accountable teams that work effectively toward a shared purpose.

Injy comes to coaching and facilitation by way of education. Earlier in her career, she served as a Regional Superintendent with Achievement First, where she managed principals and curriculum teams. Prior to that, she led the turnaround of a struggling elementary school during her five years as principal. Over the course of her decade as an education leader, she developed a deep understanding of how adults learn and how to sustain team motivation through challenges and change.

Injy is an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ICF ACC). She holds a bachelor's degree in History and Chinese Language from Vassar College and a master’s degree in Elementary Teaching from Pace University. She is the founding Board Secretary of Commemorate, a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering civic engagement to bring light to the history and legacy of slavery in Westchester, NY. When she is not working, she enjoys crafting with her children, playing tennis and reading books that challenge everything she’s been conditioned to believe.
