Andrea is a proven leader in both the boardroom and the rugby field. As a member of the Canadian Women’s Rugby team, her leadership helped the team bring home a silver medal in the 2014 World Cup. Since 2005, her career as a leadership facilitator consistently delivers value to organizations focused on high team performance. Andrea’s specialty is in building team cultures that thrive in highly competitive environments and working with individuals to build personal resilience.  

Andrea holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Acadia University in Nova Scotia, Canada and a Masters of Arts degree in Leadership in 2014 from the Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia. She’s worked with a variety of clients, including Goldcorp, Providence Health Care, International Women's Forum, Rugby Canada and USport.

Andrea has been a successful advocate for change in acquiring equal pay for female athletes in Canada and is Canada's first female broadcaster for the sport of rugby. Andrea’s zest for life continues in her love of exploring the outdoors, laughing with friends and writing.
